Sign-in did not stick. This page has been reached three times in a row, each within a minute of the last, which means the session just established is not reaching CloudFront. Usually a stale cached copy of a page is being served instead of a fresh one.
Reload bypassing the cache: Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac.

Sign-in was refused. Access to Vega Command Center is restricted, and either the account is not authorized or the authorization check could not be completed.
A check that failed can succeed on a retry, so one reload is worth trying. If it refuses again, contact @voptic for access.
